Fine Infinity Pool, Beautiful Garden Areas, Access to Local Attractions

Heavy clutter in the reception area made navigating difficult!!! The absence of tea and coffee-making facilities in rooms reminded me of a glaring oversight!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity consistently hindered the experience!!!

A wide range of food for breakfast including cakes and bacon. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with central heating, a work desk and television. Amazing location really close to the town centre, and the promenade which is a wonderful walk very peaceful and excellent views of the lake and the town, and delicious and enjoyable breakfast.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the whole ambience was very lovely and relaxing. I am pregnant and the waiters went out of their way to get me strawberries and other cravings. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed chatting to the other guests.

I liked everything, but the room was rather hot and the aircon was off. Also, better wifi signal would be good so you could sit with your laptop on the terrace. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a jacouzi in the spa and it would have been nice if the spa was open til 10pm instead of 8 as was the case. There was a lovely little grand piano in the lobby but noone playing it. My husband and I love music and it would have been great if there had been a bit of live music in the evenings.

The staff were not just polite,,, they were professionals, helping us with everything we needed.

It was a bit pricey, but honestly, it felt justified for the experience we received.

The location was stunning. The staff were friendly and efficient, but always discreet. The hotel itself was a delightful mixture of old and new.

A small suggestion. Being English I like to drink tea with my breakfast and I feel that a better brand could be on offer and Earl Grey should be available.

perfect central spot for exploring malcesine and lake garda

We loved the amazing views of the lake accessible from various nearby walking paths, made it perfect for leisurely strolls and sightseeing.

Stunning unit with 2 balconies.

Our room had a balcony with a view of the Lake which was amazing. The views were breath taking. The hotel was kept impecably clean and the food was lovely. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Her English speaking was fantasic. The man was less friendly and a bit weird! If I went back to Lake Garda I would definately consider booking this hotel again. Not recommended to people with walking difficulties or perhaps the elderly.

I didnt like the man on reception and the big hill to the entrance of the hotel. It is not suitable for elderly people or people with walking difficulties. Not a place for children either. I took my nine year old son as we went to Lake Garda for a wedding. Residents around the pool didnt take too gladly to a nine year old jumping in!

Super clean hotel with fantastic facilities. Loved the infinity pool overlooking the lake. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and they've got free bikes to explore the area. The garden is a dream.

Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Palazzo dei Capitani...

Fine Views but Room for Improvement

Enjoyed amazing lake views from our balcony while sipping coffee on the terrace. Staff was attentive. Breakfast offered a nice variety, although dinner lacked excitement. Would recommend exploring local dining options for a more vibrant experience.

Peace and quite with amazing views overlooking Lake Garda whilst laying by the pool, sipping cocktails. Do not miss out on the the cable car trip from Malcesine, but get there before 09.30 to avoid the crowds.

The views were fine, but the Wi-Fi was slow as and I reckon the pool could've been a bit warmer. Overall a good stay.

The stay was truly memorable, with a lovely room that had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our four-night visit. Each morning, the breakfast spread was impressive and well-stocked, and we enjoyed magical dinners accompanied by live piano music from the terrace. The ambiance and views were captivating, making it hard to leave the property.
